Social Media Manager Needed — Lagos Island Fintech (₦200K/month)

Fast-growing Lagos-based fintech startup is hiring a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn.

Role Details:
• Title: Social Media Manager
• Type: Full-time, on-site (Lagos Island)
• Salary: ₦180,000 – ₦220,000 per month (based on experience)
• Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule content across all platforms
• Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) — phone camera is fine
• Grow followers and engagement organically
• Run and manage paid social ads (Meta Ads Manager)
• Respond to DMs, comments and community messages
• Prepare weekly performance reports

Requirements:
• 2+ years managing business social accounts
• Portfolio of accounts managed (must share)
• Strong written Pidgin and English
• Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe)
• Understanding of Nigerian digital culture and trends
